John Grimek Hip Lift | The "hip lift" is an oldtime exercise where a very heavy weight is moved only a few inches with the aid of a a leather harness attached to a stout bar. With a setup like this, a tremendous amount of weight can be moved, sometimes even a ton or more. The great John Grimek demonstrates it here.
