  • The Wrist Roller

  • One of John Grimek's favorite grip training exercises was the wrist roller.

    Wrist rollers range from a simple piece of wood with a cord tied around it, to a more detailed and durable steel version -- either way a couple rolls in either direction with a wrist roller will give you a great forearm workout.

    We're currently working on our own version, look for it soon...
