Here's Melvin Tampke in action once again, this time performing a press with a classic globe barbell from the Wrestler's Bridge position. It would be a very good idea to master the bridge with only bodyweight before moving on to an exercise like this. Doing so, however, will help build a stronger neck as well as tremendous full-body strength.
