The Superman PushupThe "Superman Pushup" is tough enough by itself and few people can perform it. Here is 55 year old J.A. Smyrna performing this incredible feat with an additional 135 pounds. He accomplished this lift at the George State weightlifting championships in 1941.

Sandow's Pushup MachineHere's Eugen Sandow (about as "Oldtime" as you can get) back in 1902, using a unique training machine of his own design -- using chest expander strands, Sandow devised a machine which could add resistance to the simple pushup, thus making it a more intense exercise.

Sig Klein Demonstrates The Tiger Bend PushupSig Klein was a master of many bodyweight feats in addition to his weight lifting prowess. He credits the Tiger Bend Pushup for taking his overhead press to championship levels. The tiger bend pushup is also one of the best supplementary exercises for building hand balancing skill.
