"From Sickly Youth to Super Man"
Learn the strength secrets of one of the Iron Game's Greatest Teachers - As they say, once a Jowett pupil, always a Jowett pupil...
Dear Friend,
He wasn't supposed to overhear the Doctors when they said he wouldn't make it to his 15th birthday... but as that young man lay in a lonely hospital bed he silently made a commitment to himself
to prove them wrong. Though poor, small, weak, broken and
sickly, he made up his mind to live a strong, healthy and full life.
That young man, George Jowett, would eventually go on to become one
of the strongest men in the world and inspire millions of people to build super strength and power through his training courses.
Over 75 years after they were first published, George Jowett's training courses will help YOU do the very same:

The Molding Series:
Molding a Mighty Grip (1930)
In 1930, George Jowett came out with some of his most popular training materials in the form of his "Molding Series" Booklets.
Each of these booklets was devoted to a specific area of training: Molding a Mighty Arm, Molding a Mighty Chest, Molding Mighty Legs,
Molding a Mighty Grip and ending with Strongman Stunts Made Easy. Hundreds of thousands of these
were sold all over the world during the Jowett Institute's Heyday.
While the rest of these booklets are currently out of print, the most popular title:
Molding a Mighty Grip is currently available from this website in a high-quality modern reprint format.
Jowett was no slouch in the grip department and was well known for his 8.25" wrists, 15.25" muscular forearms, 17.75" upper arms
and legendary feats of grip strength. His most memorable was that of a single handed clean and press of a 160+ pound anvil.
Molding a Mighty Grip begins with George Jowett's remarks about many of the famous old-time strongmen
and their specialty feats of grip strength.
After that, the course describes, in detail, many of George Jowett's favorite hand and
forearm training exercises. The first half of the course is devoted to grip exercises and the second half is devoted to barrel lifting
techniques. 8 1/2 x 11, 15 pages on high quality stock
