Indian Club Swinging
Dear Sir,
Let me introduce my self - I am Krishen Jalli originally from India but
been living in England for the last 38 years.
I will be 74 on 17th of this month. In my youth I have been swinging heavy
clubs and used to swing pair of 20 kilo each.
By the way I have pairs of Indian Clubs ranging from 1 kilo, 2.5 kilos, 5
kilos, 10 kilos and 15 kilos which I can still swing but must admit 15 kilo
pair with some difficulty.
I am sending you three of my photos two with swinging Indian Clubs and third
one to show how you can develop your body by regularly swinging the clubs.
Image 1 - Shows how one can develop Arms, Shoulders and upper body muscles
by regularly swinging Indian Clubs.

Image 2 - Shows swinging pair of Indian Clubs weighing 10 kilos each and
doing frontal and shoulder circles.

Image 3 - Shows Single Club weighing 25 kilos - Swinging this club with both
hands doing shoulder circles.

Hope you would like these images and put on your website. Please let me
know when you do it. Please note my sole purpose of sending my images to
you is to encourage others to get interested in club swinging and keeping
fit and healthy. If my images encourage a single person getting interested
in club swinging I think so I have done my job. I am sure you are aware
that art of club swinging and mace swinging is around 5000 years old - this
is what our religious books tell us. This is the first piece of equipment a
human being invented to do exercise with it, keep him fit and healthy and
also to use it as a weapon when required to defend him too.
As already mentioned previously, I am 74 years of age and still
doing regular exercise with Indian Clubs and Yoga. I have pairs of Indian
Clubs weighing 1 kilo, 2 and half kilos, 5 kilos, 10 kilos and 15 kilos each
and still manage to swing them. Club Swinging is my passion and I have been
doing it more than 60 years.
I am planning to go to India and will visit Varanasi and meet Indian
wrestlers who swing heavy clubs. If allowed to get their photos I will do
it and contact you later on.
Best wishes,
Krishen Jalli
