Question: I'm just getting started using the chest expanders - what is a good resistance level for me?

Answer:

It really depends - one size definitely does not fit all in this case. We encourage clients to purchase the full range of chest expanders from the outset.

because it saves money on product costs and shipping in the long run, but also affords the ability to train progressively as well as increase the number of exercises they are able to do.

However, if you are new to cable training and are only interested in ordering one or a few resistance levels, we recommend starting with the first three resistance levels: teal (10 lb. cables), purple (20 lb. cables), and/or pink (30 lb. cables).
