Question: What is the range of resistance levels you offer for the chest expanders?

Answer:

Good question. The chest expander cables are available in nine (9) different resistance strengths, ranging from 10 lb. cables (teal) at the low end to 90 lb. cables (blue) at the other end of the spectrum.

And remember, the total resistance for your chest expander will be the resistance of each of the cables added together. For the teal (10 lb.) cables, then, this means a total resistance of 30 pounds. For the blue (90 lbs.), it means a total resistance of 270 pounds -- a challenge for pretty much anybody.

You can see a breakdown of all the different colors and associated resistance strengths by visiting our chest expander order page.
