Question: What advantage do the soft handles have over wooden or rigid handles that some of the other chest expanders might have?

Answer:

The soft handles offer two primary benefits over the rigid handles seen on many other chest expanders.

Most importantly, the soft, flexible handles allow you to get a better grip, and accommodate a wide range of hand sizes. This is not necessarily the case with wooden handles.

Second, the flexibility of the handles allows you to slide your feet into them so that you can work your legs as well as your upper body. This will allow you to vary your workouts and keep things interesting.

Every order for a full set of Lifeline Chest Expanders will receive two very valuable sources of information:

1. A free vintage Joe Bonomo's Junior Strongman Cable Course, containing trainging information you won't find elsewhere, and

2. A training poster giving you some great training ideas for utilizing your Chest Expanders.

Once you get training, you'll come to appreciate the advantages of soft handles over rigid ones. More Info...
