Question: Is it possible to use the climbing ropes for pulling or dragging?

Answer:

Absolutely, but we highly recommend ordering your rope with a spliced metal "thimble" instead of the traditional indoor rope attachment clamp. During use, the galvanized thimble will minimize friction on the rope material itself which will dramatically extend the life of your rope. The thimble also makes for a very easy way to attach the rope to a pulling sled, or vehicle etc. "Thimbled" ropes can also be hung in the traditional manner for climbing. Please call for pricing and shipping options.
