Question: Can I get a Trap Bar for standard plates?

Answer:

Yes - we can do that, however we do not recommend it. We asked our manufacturer about the possibility of accommodating the use of standard plates, but their feeling was that the additional amount of weight possible using standard weights would compromise the overall strength of the Trap Bar.
