"Serious, No-Nonsense Training Info for Size and Strength"

Bradley J. Steiner Tells it Like it is...

If you've been around strength training for a while, you have no doubt heard the name Bradley J. Steiner...

His articles in Iron Man Magazine and Strength & Health were straight and to the point - no fluff, no BS, just serious training information that will help you build the kind of strength and development you have always wanted - if you are willing to take it to heart...

Bear in mind, Steiner likes to use words like HARD WORK , EFFORT, and BASIC EXERCISES... because that's what it takes to get stronger... but the results are more than worth it.

Steiner's articles heavily influenced an entire generation (a young Brooks Kubik among them) to start training with basic exercises.

Chances are though that you have never gotten your hands on any of his material. It is very hard to come by - unless you sent away for his books long ago or have a complete collection of Iron Man magazine going back to the 1970's, you're pretty much out of luck...

That is, until today...

Bradley Steiner's article "Hard Work for Big Gains" appeared in the September, 1971 issue of Iron Man Magazine

The two books are 8" x 5", approximately 85 pages, with some illustrations.

Anyhow, like most good things in life, there are only so many of these books to go around. Go ahead and check Amazon, eBay, and ABE.com used book sites - there are rarely copies of these training courses available anywhere, for any price.

You will find a few of Steiner's other rare "fighting" books listed on those sites for over $300, but these two books won't be among them...
