New Product -- The Complete Keys to Progress by John McCallum

Several times in the past I have mentioned that there are THREE books in particular that I was lucky enough to read right at the beginning of my training career that set the tone for everything that has happened since then.

If I had never read another strength book after them I would be doing pretty well, and I certainly wouldn't be as strong as I am now if I hadn't.

One of them was Super Squats by Randall J. Strossen but the other two have been a secret... at least until now.
