New 12-Part Series Now Posted

A while ago I mentioned that a good firned of mine, Jan Dellinger, was going to start putting together some articles that I would be posting on the website.

Well that was just before we had our "issues" with the hosting company and unfortunately Jan's stuff had to go on the back-burner.

The good news is that things are back on track and even better than before.

As you may recall, Jan worked for the York Barbell Company for over two decades, was the assistant editor of Muscular Development Magazine for several years and ever shared an office with John Grimek (yes, THAT John Grimek)

Needless to say, Jan knows his way around a barbell.

We dusted off one of his old articles and polished it up a bit to post. You may want to grab a tasty beverage, this one has 12 parts to it but its on one of my favorite subjects: intense leg training.
