Oldtime Strongman You Tube Channel

One of the directions we will be going into quite heavily is more emphasis on videos - yes, we are actually working on some how-tos and training vids and such as the moment but another aspect that we like to have fun with are some of the things we have been doing with you tube (much like the rest of the world.)

We will be posting more and more videos (and theres already plenty that arent posted on the site yet) so, if you have a You Tube account and want to become a subscriber to see our new stuff fast and first, here's a link to our channel:

I'm sure you can figure out the rest from there,

Train hard,
John Wood

    New video

At the beginning of 2008, I mentioned that there were
some areas that we would like to venture into and one
of those areas is to provide some short video clips of
some topics that any strength fan would find interesting.

These clips might show an exercise, a short intro to one
of our videos or a chance to see some of the equipment
    we feature in action.

Like I said, never before has there been such an opportunity
    for interaction.

Anyhow, thought you might be interested to see the first
    clip
which I just posted from one of our DVDs, Crazy but
    Powerful.

Its just a very short trailer, and there's not a whole lot
to it, but it will give you a good idea of what the DVD
is all about -- and a taste of things to come.
    Check it out here.
