Isometric Rack Training for The Press

Isometric training, especially on a properly designed rack, is a highly underrated exercise. Here Bob Bednarski shows two ways for training the press on a model W.W. York Isometric rack, positioning the bar first at chin level, and then following that up be positioning the bar at the top of the head.
