Bomb Lifting
When you don’t have a weight set, you have to get creative. As these troops, circa WWII demonstrate, you can get just as strong lifting bombs as you can lifting barbells. These bombs weight 100 lbs. Now that’s explosive lifting ~ Literally! Dr. Ken would be proud.

Dr. Ken can get a great workout with anything, even a bomb

There’s no such thing as “standard” equipment at the Leistner household… Case in point, here Dr. Ken Leistner gives new meaning to “bombing and blitzing” workouts by training with an actual bomb! Though training with this particular implement certainly can build explosive arm power, it’s only a Navy practice dud.
