Outside of normal business hours, you may place an order any time day or night by phone by selecting Option 2 from the prompt and then leaving your information on our secure ordering line.

Yes we do take payment by mail if that is your preference. Please make checks out to ‘John Wood’ and include a note with your name, address, telephone number, email address and a complete list of the items you are interested in ordering. If you are located in Michigan, remember to add 6% sales tax to your payment.

NOTE: It is strongly recommended to contact us for an order total prior to sending payment by mail so that correct shipping and handling and any applicable taxes are included. Orders will not be shipped without full payment.


We’re “Oldschool” all the way and yes, we do have a working fax machine. Purchase orders or other correspondence can be faxed over to us any time during our normal business hours between 9am and 5pm from Monday through Friday.
