  • Do you accept Paypal?
  • Yes we do! You will be able to choose Paypal from the “Payment Method” dropdown on our online shopping cart page. Alternately, you can also drop us a line by phone or email and we can arrange to send you a Paypal request manually.

  • How do you ship your orders?
  • The vast majority of the time, we ship by USPS Priority mail, which we have found to be the most reliable and economical method. Orders usually ship from us within 24 hours of placement and from there, take roughly 2-3 days in transit when shipped in the continental US (depending on where you live). Orders shipped internationally usually take 10-14 business days, depending on how long they are in customs and your shipping location. Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number which will give you a good idea when to expect your package. Please make sure to keep an eye out for the tracking number email as automatically generated emails may at times end up in your spam/trash folder.

  • Is there anything special I should know if am located outside the United States and would like to place an order?
  • If you are placing an order for a digital product, you may go ahead and place your order normally through our shopping cart page without delay.

    If you would like to place an order for physical products, please CONTACT US before placing your order. Our shoppingcart may not calculate the correct shipping costs for your location so it will expedite the ordering process if you check with us first.

    In order to calculate your order total, please send us your 1.) name and shipping address 2.) list of items that you are interested in ordering, and we get back to you asap with the total and any other important information to help you complete your order.
