EMAIL WHITELIST INSTRUCTIONS

Email deliverability is VERY important in this day and age. One of the key factors that will make help our emails make it to you is to make sure our email address is whitelisted. This is basically just a way to let your email service provider know that our email messages are welcome in your inbox. Whitelisting is a quick and easy process that will take only a few seconds to complete.

Here, you will find a list of whitelist instructions for the most popular service providers. This list is far from complete and we will continue to add new service providers in due time. if your email provider is not shown here, be sure to CONTACT US and we will be happy to provide the information you will need to whitelist our address with whatever service you currently have.


Gmail
1. Open an email from John Wood/info@oldtimestrongman.com that you want to whitelist.
2. Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to “reply.”
3. Click Add John Wood or “Oldtime Strongman Training” to contacts list to finish.

AOL
1.Click Contacts in the right toolbar.
2. Click Add Contact.
3. Enter info@oldtimestrongman.com and additional information if you wish.
4. Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish.

Yahoo
1.Open any email message from John Wood/info@oldtimestrongman.com
2. Click Add to contacts next to info@oldtimestrongman.com
3. On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed.
4. Click Save to finish.
Comcast
1. Click Preferences from the menu.
2. Click Restrict Incoming Email.
3. Click Yes to Enable Email Controls.
4. Click Allow email from addresses listed below.
5. Enter you want to whitelist [info@oldtimestrongman.com]
6. Click Add.
7. Click Update to finish.
Hotmail
1. First, if you find email from oldtimestrongman.com in your Hotmail junk folder, open the email and click “Not Junk”
2. Next, check to see if the oldtimestrongmans.com appears in the “Blocked Senders” list. If so, select it and click on the “Remove” button.
3. Next, open your mailbox and click “Options” in the upper right hand corner
4. At the top of the page, click on the “Junk E-mail Protection” link
5. Next, click on “Safe List,” which is down near the bottom
6. Copy and paste info@oldtimestrongman.com where it says “Type an address or domain”
7. Click the “Add” button.
