Answers to your most burning training questions… Straight from the mind of a strength maniac
Over the last two decades in the strength business, one of the things that I can count on without fail is waking up each day (even on weekends) to an inbox full of training questions.
Something else that I have come to realize is that if one person has a training question, a dozen other people (if not more) have the very same question.
While I have attempted to answer a lot of these questions through my daily email broadcasts, I realize that this format does has its limits . . . I can’t post images, for example, and email deliverability in general is always going to be a challenge.
It occurred to me that a simple but very effective way to address these questions would be to create a regular publication in which I can specifically answer these questions and in as much detail as possible.

“I have a question regarding thick bars. I’m trying to determine the right thickness or bar for myself so I don’t overtrain or use a bar that’s too thick. Is there a way you could use hand/glove size to determine what diameter would be optimal for the individual?”

- Digging back over FOUR DECADES into the archives for details on the very first commercially made thick bars.
